Miso Tahini Brown Butter

Miso Tahini Brown Butter ❤️ aka the best I’ve made in forever… It's so quick and easy to make. This recipe is very flavorful, it has those earthy and nutty notes that gives this recipe its it girl vibes. Step up your butter game and make this!

Ingredients 

  • 8 oz unsalted butter
  • 1.5 tbsp white miso
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1.5 tsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Flaky salt to taste

Directions 

  • your butter in a light colored pan so you can see it turning golden on medium. It takes about 7-8 min to turn golden. Scrape the sides often so you get all those milk solids
  • Turn heat off and add the tamari
  • Transfer to a bowl (scraping the sides to get all the milk solids) and add the tahini, maple syrup and miso
  • Whip over ice until nice and creamy. Fold in some flaky salt to taste
  • Eat it with anything!
