Why You’ll Love Salmon & Avocado Wonton Cups
You will love them because, they truly are that good but also quite literally the perfect appetizer. When I tell you that you’ll want to drink the spicy avocado mayo, I mean it lol. It adds that tangy and creamy touch and it is EPIC! The wonton cups add that crunchy element and take this recipe to next level. These are easy to make, and you can make big batch of the spicy avocado mayo, store it on the fridge and put it on anything you want, and trust me, you’ll want to.
Substitutions
These are super versatile, you can substitute the salmon for your favorite raw fish or crab, surimi, canned tuna, etc. If you aren’t a huge fan of spicy, you can take the serrano out of the avocado mayo, or adjust the amount to your liking. You can also get creative with toppings.
