Why You’ll Love Tomato Brown Butter Bread
It’s super easy to make, it’s cheesy and delicious! You can serve it as an appetizer, or as a side with a meal. The. brown butter adds that nutty, richer flavor and it makes it even more epic!
Substitutions
I used ciabatta, but you can swap for your bread of choice. You can also substitute the gruyere for parm, or comte, or pretty much any cheese! I topped mine with oregano, but herbs are always super easy to swap out for your favorite ones. You know me… you know I love to add a spicy touch in almost everything, so I also topped it crushed red peppers, but you can leave those out if you prefer!
