Cheesy Tomato Brown Butter Bread

Cheesy Tomato Brown Butter Bread…😍👌🏻 It’s been brought to my attention that I’ve been neglecting bread and butter so here I am, redeeming myself 😂.

Ingredients 

  • 6 oz butter, unsalted
  • 1/4 cup tomato butter
  • 2 tsp tamari
  • 5 roasted garlic cloves, minced, had some confit in the fridge so just used those
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Gruyere to taste
  • Parmigiano to taste
  • Fresh oregano to taste
  • Crushed red peppers to taste
  • 8-10 slices of ciabatta

Directions 

  • Brown the butter on med high until nice and golden, about 3-4 minutes
  • Add in tomato paste and let it cook in the heat of the butter for 1-2 minutes
  • Add the garlic, tamari, salt, pepper and oregano
  • Whip over ice until it looks creamy and fluffy
  • Spread butter on the bread, add gruyere and parmigiano. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes
  • Top with fresh oregano and crushed red peppers
