Spicy Tuna Nachos

Ingredients
- 2 cans spicy albacore I’m using Fish Wife. (high end amazing brand)
- 4 cups chips to taste
- 10 sweety drop peppers
- 3/4 cup gouda
- 1 serranos thinly sliced
- 2 sprigs dill
- 2 scallions
- 1 tbsp creme fraiche
- green tabasco to taste
- *salsa macha to taste*
Instructions
- Divide your chips in individual baking dishes and top with your tuna.
- Add the peppers and serranos to taste. Top with the gouda.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melty.
- Top with tabasco, salsa macha, creme fraiche, scallions, dill and that is it!
