Ingredients

pint
tomatoes
yoom tomatoes, quartered

basil leaves
chiffonade

tbsp
pistachios
chopped
1
small garlic clove
grated
1
lemon zest
1
tsp
honey
1
tbsp
crushed red peppers

tbsp
parmigiano reggiano
grated
Salt and pepper
to taste

olive oil

burrata balls
Crusty bread
Instructions
First, combine the tomatoes, pistachio, parmigiano, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, crushed red peppers and honey in a bowl.
Secondly, heat up the olive oil in a pan until fragrant and the bottom of a wooden spoon bubbles.
Then, pour hot oil over the tomato and pistachio mixture.
Slice the burrata balls in half, expose the stracciatella and pour the tomato mixture.
Lastly, enjoy with crusty bread.
