Ingredients
1/2cupsun-dried tomatoes + 2 tbsp of the olive oil it was packed in
1large head of garlic
1tbspwhite misooptional
6ozroom temperature unsalted butter
1/4cparmigiano reggianomore for topping
Seasoned salt to taste
Fresh basil
Crushed red peppers
Ciabattasliced
Instructions
Slice the top off the garlic and drizzle olive oil on it. Wrap in foil and bake at 400°F for 60-70 minutes.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes and 2 tbsp of its oil to a food processor and process until pretty small.
Add room temp butter to a bowl with the tomatoes, miso, salt, garlic and parm. Mix well.
Spread onto ciabatta and grate a ton more parmigiano on top.
Bake at 365°F for 15 minutes.
Top with basil and crushed red peppers and that is it!
