The BEST scrambled eggs 🍳❤️ These have a secret ingredient… an extra yolk! It takes them to the next level and it will make it harder to overcook.

Instructions
First, add the eggs and the extra yolk in a bowl and whisk until nice and airy.
Secondly, strain the eggs into another bowl, trust me…this makes them creamier!
Then, preheat a pan on low for 2 minutes. Add butter. Once it melts add in eggs.
Do not disturb the eggs until the edges start setting then push the edges to the center with a spoon so they all set and cook.
Once they are almost set, add in crème fraîche and salt/pepper. Then, mix carefully if you like large curds.
Lastly, serve with chives and enjoy!
