4-5eggs
¼-⅓cupheavy cream
1tbspsoy sauce
pinchof msg and black pepper
1tbspsalsa macha or chili crisp + more for topping
scallions to taste
Instructions
Preheat a pan for 2 minutes on high. Add in heavy cream. Lower heat to medium and simmer for 1 minute.
Add in eggs, soy sauce, pepper, msg and cover. Cook like this for 2-3 minutes until the whites set.
