Salmon Wonton Cups ❤️ It is no secret that small bites and appetizers are quite literally my bread and butter and these DO not disappoint! I was hosting some friends over up and they LOVE salmon, so these babies came to mind.

Ingredients
12Wonton wrappers
2Avocados
1/3cupJapanese mayo
1Serranochopped, plus more for topping
1LemonLarge
8ozSushi grade salmon
2Scallionsgreen and light green part
1.5tbspTamari
2tspSesame oil
1/4tspSugar
2tspRice vinegar
1tbspSesame seedsBlack and toasted
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
First, spray avocado oil onto a muffin pan, add the wonton wrappers in the center as shown in the video. Add more avocado oil spray. Then, bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
Secondly, add the mayo, avocado, chopped Serrano and lemon to a food processor. Then, process until smooth and season to taste.
Cube the salmon and add to a bowl.
Then, add in the scallions, Tamari, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar and sesame seeds.
Lastly, add the avocado mayo to the cups, top with salmon, a tiny slice of Serrano and enjoy!
