Prickly Pear Cocktail ♥️ I had never made a margarita using gin but that’s how I will be making them from now on! I naturally use Empress because it is my favorite! For this recipe, I use their new Elderflower Rose and it was 🔥
agave syrup, or honey, for brushing on the side of the glass
blood orange, slice
Instructions
To a shaker, prickly pear syrup, yuzu and blood orange juice, triple sec, elderflower rose gin and one squeeze of lemon. Fill with ice. Shake for a minimum of 60 seconds.
On a plate, mix your salt, sugar and sumac.
Brush a little agave syrup or honey on the side of your glass and pass it through the sumac sugar.
Serve with a ice (preferably a single rock) and a slice of blood orange and that is it!
