Ingredients
1pintheavy cream
1cansweetened condensed milk
3cupsfrozen dragon fruit cubes, or pitaya cubes
1/3cupsugar
Instructions
Whip the heavy cream until peaks form.
Slightly thaw the dragon fruit and blend 2 1/4 cups of it until smooth.
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the blended dragon fruit and mix well.
Fold the dragon fruit mixture into the whipped cream. Freeze in an ice cream container.
Add the remaining dragon fruit to a saucepan with the sugar and bring to a boil. Mash with a spoon for your topping and that is it!
