Lasagna Roll Ups ❤️ it is officially back to school and my days are crazy with work and my family. Lasagna is a favorite at my house, but it takes so long 😅 especially the sauce! I found a way to get it done in under 40 min using the NEW family size marinara by Mezzetta and it is absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
1lbground beef
1/4onion, chopped
1garlic clove, minced
1tspbalsamic
32ozmarinara, I used a Marinara Jar by Mezzetta
10leavesbasil, chiffonade
1tsporegano, dry
8ozricotta
nutmeg, just a pinch
1/3cupparmigiano reggiano, grated and more to taste
12lasagna noodles
Mozzarella , to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
First, in a preheated pan sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Then, add in the beef and brown with salt, pepper, basil, oregano for 5 minutes on high.
Secondly, add in 2 cups marinara, balsamic and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the ricotta, Parmigiano, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente. Then, spread ricotta over the noodles, add some of the meat and shredded mozzarella.
Roll them up. Then, spread some marinara to the bottom of a baking dish.
Lastly, add in the lasagna roll ups. Cover them with the rest of the marinara, top with mozzarella and a bit more Parmigiano. Then, bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
