Gin Sorbet... Enjoy as a spritz with prosecco or tbh, it is delicious solo too! The mint adds the BEST flavor 😉. With summer coming up, this drink is perfect! I made this drink all of last summer, especially during pool days. My brother who isn't a gin drinker loooved it and he kept asking for more.

Ingredients
5cucumbers, large
1lemon
2tbspagave syrup
1tbspmonk fruit, or sugar of choice
9mint leaves
Gin, to taste, I did about 5 oz
Prosecco
Instructions
First, peel cucumber and remove seeds. Cube. Squeeze some lemon in it and freeze in a freezer bag.
Secondly, add to a food processor with the remaining lemon juice, agave, mint and monk fruit. Process until semi smooth.
