Slice and layer a brie wheel with whipped filled and finished with whipped brie mixed with fresh truffle, then topped with shaved truffle arranged like a simple flower. It’s a no-bake, make-ahead appetizer designed to be sliced and served as a rich, elegant centerpiece for entertaining or gifting.
6oztriple creme brie, rind removed, room temperature
2ozcream cheese, room temperature
1ozblack truffle
truffle salt, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Brie: Place the wheel of brie in the freezer for 10 minutes. With a slightly oiled knife, carefully slice horizontally through the middle of the brie.

Whipped Brie: In a food processor, blend the triple cream brie (rind removed) with the cream cheese until smooth. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
6 oz triple creme brie, 2 oz cream cheese
Prepare the Truffle: Shave the truffle into thin strips. Finely chop about ¼ of the shavings and mix them into one of the bowls of whipped brie.
1 oz black truffle
Make the Brie Cake:Spread the truffle whipped brie on the cut side of the bottom brie slice, then place the top half over it. Use a butter knife or a spreader to clean up around the edges. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set.
Finish and Serve: Spread the remaining plain whipped brie from the other bowl on top. Sprinkle the top with truffle salt and then arrange the rest of the black truffle slices into a flower. Chill for another 30 minutes uncovered. Serve on top of toasted baguettes slices and enjoy!
