French Eggs 💛 Obviously not traditional BUT delish. Croque madame is one of my favorite sandwiches. Traditionally, Croque madame is a sandwich with a fried egg on top. But I decided to change it up a bit, and experiment and it did not disappoint. These were absolutely delicious. Even my sister who isn't a fan of eggs, absolutely devoured these. I like to top mine with salsa macha, but that is completely optional.
