Figs and Feta ❤️ You know that I LOVE figs and I love feta, so I decided to combine the two and came up with this. The combination of flavors here is unreal... trust me, you will be obsessed!

I used Valbreso French Feta

cup
crushed pistachios

plus 1 tbsp

panko
▢

tsp
cardamom

Pinch
of salt and pepper

cane sugar

Orange mint leaves

1 per fig half

Sumac

to taste

Olive oil

for frying
Instructions
First, slice the figs in half.
Secondly, mix together the pistachios, sugar, cardamom, salt and panko.
Then, completely coat the figs in the pistachio mixture.
Preheat a pan for 2 minutes on high. Then, add olive oil to the pan and heat another minute.
Then, sear the figs pistachio side down for 1 minute or until golden.
Slice the feta thinly.
Lastly, add feta in top of the fig, drizzle honey, add some sumac and orange mint.
