As fig season rolls around, it's time to elevate your appetizer game with this sized treat! This irresistible trio will become your go to for dinner party, charcuterie boards, or just a treat for yourself. It really is a show stopper and the perfect little appetizer for fig season!

Ingredients

  • 8 figs ripe
  • 16 small brie squares
  • 16 prosciutto strips I cut the big ones in 2 or 3 strips lengthwise
  • cane sugar

Instructions

  • Slice the figs in half.
  • Wrap them in prosciutto.
  • Coat the brie in the cane sugar.
  • Place the brie over the prosciutto wrapped fig. Brûlé the brie until caramelized.
