Feta Phyllo Bites
Baked Feta Phyllo Bites are the perfect appetizer! Who doesn't love a great appetizer with phyllo dough and feta?! They are great for hosting and so easy to make.

slice lengthwise into long rectangles

Honey

to taste, about ½-1 tbsp per bite

Instructions
Find the center of the phyllo lengthwise and then cut in half. Roll the other half back up in the plastic it comes in and store for later use.
Add some melted butter in between a couple of the phyllo sheets. I did about 2-3 tbsp of melted butter.
Spread the fig jam onto the phyllo, add the pistachio, chives, chipotle powder, salt and pepper.
Add the feta rectangles at the edge of the phyllo sheets along the wider side of the sheets and roll it up really tightly.
Slice into 12 rounds with a sharp knife.
Add ½ tbsp of butter to the bottom of a 12-cup muffin pan.
Add the phyllo bites onto the muffin tin and add ½ tbsp butter on top of each one.
Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Drizzle honey while hot. Then, top with more honey! And that is it!
