Ingredients
Cucumber Juice
2
cucumbers
cubed
½
lemon
+ zest
1-2
tbsp
agave syrup
to taste
Cucumber-tini (yields 1 large or 2 normal martinis)

gin

Empress Cucumber Lime

cucumber juice

oz
vermouth bianco
A few drops of lemon
Garnish

cucumber
sliced into ribbons

Instructions
Blend the cucumber, lemon, zest and agave until smooth. Strain.
In a shaker full of ice add the gin, vermouth and cucumber juice. Shake for 60-90 seconds.
Garnish with cucumber ribbons and edible flowers.
