Cheese Crostini... Baked dates are one of my favorite things ever, they become so caramelly? and in contrast with the crunchy bread and nutty gruyere…Heaven.

Ingredients
9large dates, I used rhutab
9gruyère, thick chunks to stuff dates
9slicesof baguette
Olive oil, to taste
Chives, to taste for topping
Instructions
First, pit the dates.
Secondly, stuff the dates with a chunk of Gruyère.
Then, drizzle plenty of olive oil on the bread.
Top with a date and bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes.
