Affogato X Carajillo Coffee

Ingredients

  • 4 oz licor 43
  • 3 cups ice
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit or sweetener of choice
  • 2 shots espresso you can do 2-4 shots

Instructions

  • First, add the ice and heavy cream to a blender and blend until fluffy.
  • Secondly, add in Licor 43 and monk fruit.
  • Blend until fluffier.
  • Lastly, pour over the espresso. I served mine over a double shot espresso.
