I used 2 oz burrata balls (Belgioioso)

olive oil

drizzle, to taste

Chives

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375℉.
In a bowl, mix butter, tomato paste, Parmigiano, salt and pepper. Smear it on the bread.
Bake at 375℉ for 13-15 minutes, checking at 10 minutes to make sure it isn’t burning.
Add the prosciutto to the bread, then the burrata and cut it open.
Lastly, drizzle olive oil, black pepper, flaky sea salt, chives, and that is it! Enjoy!
