Ingredients

bone marrow short bones
6
oz
butter
unsalted and room temperature

tbsp
chives
1
tsp
honey
1.5
tsp
tamari
Salt and pepper
to taste
Garlic cloves
optional, for bread
Ciabatta
or any bread of choice, for serving
Instructions
First, roast the bone marrow at 425F for 15-20 minutes.
Secondly, remove the marrow from the bones and transfer to a bowl alongside the rendered fat.
Add the butter to a food processor with the marrow, chives, Tamari, salt, pepper and honey. Then, process until smooth.
Poke a hole on your paper cup and pass the wick through.
Then, add in the butter to the cup and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes at least.
Lastly, serve with toasted bread, garlic and butter.
