Ahi Tostadas for Ep.2 of my Valentine Day Series ♥️, the Ginger Gochujang Mayo & Fried Leeks take this to a whole new level!

Ingredients
8ozahi tuna
9wonton wrappers
1/3cupJapanese mayoplus 2 tbsp
2tbspgochujang
1tspgingerfresh
1lime
3tbsptamari
1tsprice vinegar
1.5tspsesame oil
1leekwashed and thinly sliced
Avocadoslices
Sesame seedsto taste, for topping
Scallionsto taste, for topping
2-3mini cucumbersthinly sliced
Jalapeño slicesto taste, for topping
Instructions
First, make an "X" on some wonton wrapper so they don’t puff up. Then, spray some avocado oil and bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
Secondly, slice the leeks really thin, add to a pan and cover in avocado oil. Then, cook on high for 2 minutes and lower heat to medium low until golden. About 5-7 minutes. Let rest over a paper towel.
Then, mix together the mayo, ginger, Gochujang and a few drops of lime.
Slice the ahi real thin and marinate in the remaining lime, Tamari, sesame oil and rice vinegar for 2-3 minutes.
Lastly, spread the mayo on the tostadas, add some cucumber slices, ahi, avocado, sesame seeds, fried leeks and jalapeño slice. Serve with more lime.
