Ingredients
2watermelon radishesthinly sliced with a mandolin or potato peeler so they fold easy.
1tbspwhite miso
2tspmaple syrup
gingergrated, to taste
2scallionslight green and white part, finely chopped, save the green for topping
1/2lemon
1tbsprice vinegar
1tsptamari
1tspsesame oil
1/4cupolive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Black and white sesame seedsfor topping
mintfresh, for topping and to taste
Instructions
First, mix everything for the vinaigrette in a bowl.
Secondly, fold your radishes in half and arrange on a shallow bowl.
Then, add the vinaigrette on top and let it sit 10-15 minutes.
Lastly, top it with sesame seeds, the green part of scallions and fresh mint.
