Pumpkin Cheese Fondue 🎃 I know I’ll get plenty of grief for using boxed cheese fondue but you know what? I like it… aaaand I always doctor it up with some extra gruyère and it comes out delish.

Ingredients
1pumpkinmedium
1packagecheese fondueEmmi is what I use
1cupgruyèregrated
Crusty breadfor serving
Chives to taste
Instructions
First, cut the top off the pumpkin and hollow out the pumpkin.
Secondly, bake at 400F for about 20 minutes.
Add your fondue package to a pot and melt. Then, add in gruyere and whisk together until fully melted and gooey. It will be about 5 ish minutes.
Lastly, serve the cheese inside the pumpkin. Then, top with chives and serve with the crusty bread.
