Porn Star Margarita
P*rn Star Margarita! Using both terms loosely here lol. The OG version is passionfruit puree, passionfruit liqueur, lime or lemon, vanilla simple syrup, vanilla vodka and a side of champagne. I alwayscraved the flavors more with a margarita (or cadillac as it may be lol with the Grand Marnier) and here she is!
Equipment
- shaker, for 2 person version
- pitcher and spoon, for 8-10 person version
Ingredients
Shaken Egg White Version (2 margs)
- 1 large egg white
- ½-1 lemon juice, adjust to your taste
- 5 oz tequila reposado Teremana
- Vanilla extract adjust to your taste, I like frontier
- 1-1½ oz agave adjust to your taste
- 2 oz Grand Marnier
- 5 oz passion fruit puree
- Fresh passion fruit for garnish
Batched version (Serves 8-10)
- 2½ cups Teremana Blanco Tequila
- 2½ cups passion fruit puree
- Juice of 2 lemons adjust to your taste
- ⅔-¾ cup agave nectar adjust to your taste
- Vanilla extract adjust to your taste
- 8 oz grand marnier
- Fresh passion fruit for garnish
Instructions
Shaken Egg White Version (2 margs)
- Add everything to the shaker without ice. Shake for 20 seconds.
- Add ice and shake 60-90 seconds.
- Serve and garnish with the passion fruit half.
Batched version (Serves 8-10)
- Add everything to a large pitcher and stir well.
