Orange Jello Shots…technically not jello but you get me 😉 these are dangerously easy to eat…😂.PS: you will have some leftover, just pop it into a glass container and eat with a spoon! You can totally make these 1 day ahead but I would do the chamoy and tajin rim after the fact, right before serving

Ingredients
8oranges, blood and regular
1 3/4cuporange juice
1/4cuplemon juice
1cupwater
3shotsmezcal
3envelopesgelatin
Monk fruit , to taste
Tajin , to taste
Chamoy
Instructions
First, carefully cut off the ends of the oranges so they are able to stand firm on their own, but don’t cut past the pith.
Secondly, slice oranges in half and using a citrus juicer extract as much as you can out. I don’t like to completely hollow them out as I love eating the remains with more Chamoy and Tajin.
Bring the water and monk fruit to a boil.
Sprinkle the gelatin over the orange and lemon juice and let stand for 1-3 minutes. Then, add in hot liquid and mix well, until incorporated. Strain. Then, add in some Tajin and the mezcal.
Lastly, rim the oranges with Chamoy and Tajin, fill them with the Mezcalita and place in a tall sided container. Place in the fridge, mine solidified in 1 hour.
