Grapefruit Margarita... perfect for fall and so good! I used @CasaAzulSoda Grapefruit Tequila Soda. They are made with real tequila and the flavor and crispness is on point! I have been enjoying them by themselves but was hosting some friends and wanted to jazz them up, and they elevated the classic marg quite a bit.

Ingredients
2cansCasa Azul Grapefruit Tequila Soda
2cupsgrapefruit juicefresh squeezed
1 1/2cupsugar
1inchgingersliced
1cinnamon stick
1lemon
Saltfor the rim
4ozorange liqueur or triple sec
Instructions
First, add the grapefruit juice, sugar, cinnamon stick and ginger to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then, simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until it looks slightly syrupy.
Secondly, turn the heat off and let it cool completely. Strain.
Combine salt and lemon zest in a plate and rub it with your hands.
Rim the glass with agave syrup and the lemon salt. Then, add ice and grapefruit juice.
Then, squeeze a touch of lemon to the glass, add in 1 oz simple syrup, 1 oz orange liquor and mix with the cinnamon stick.
