Boozy Sorbet 🧡 They are boozy and perfect made with prosecco and gin. I had some friends coming over and I wanted to make them a new and fun drink, so I froze the cantaloupe the night before. My friends went absolutely nuts for this, and I'm sure you will too.

Ingredients
1large cantaloupe, very ripe
1.5shotsgin
1/2small lemon
3tbsphoney
Prosecco, to taste
Basil leaves, for topping, to taste
3tbspolive oil
Instructions
First, cube the cantaloupe pretty small and freeze overnight.
Secondly, add the melon to the food processor with the lemon, honey, gin and olive oil.
