Boozy Sorbet

Boozy Sorbet 🧡 They are boozy and perfect made with prosecco and gin. I had some friends coming over and I wanted to make them a new and fun drink, so I froze the cantaloupe the night before. My friends went absolutely nuts for this, and I'm sure you will too.

Ingredients 

  • 1 large cantaloupe, very ripe
  • 1.5 shots gin
  • 1/2 small lemon
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Prosecco, to taste
  • Basil leaves, for topping, to taste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • First, cube the cantaloupe pretty small and freeze overnight.
  • Secondly, add the melon to the food processor with the lemon, honey, gin and olive oil.
  • Then, process until smooth.
  • Lastly, top with prosecco and basil.
