Why You’ll Love Crispy Prosciutto & Stracciatella Toast

This toast is EPIC! It is sooo flavorful and very quick & easy to make. The tomato butter truly elevates the experience of this toast. Don’t even get me started on the calabrian chile honey… it truly adds the best flavor! The crispy prosciutto adds texture and it is epic. You are going to love it. This is perfect as an appetizer and honestly.. for breakfast too 🙈

Substitutions

Herbs are always very easy to swap out, so you can sub the basil for your favorite ones! If you aren’t a huge fan of hot honey, you can leave the calabrian chiles out and just do regular honey.
