Sizzling Scallion & Chili Oil Dumplings

Sizzling Scallion & Chili Oil Dumplings. My go to meal when I’m hungry and want something quick because I’ll never sacrifice on taste & quality. I legitimately always have @laobandumplings in my freezer, and pick them up from Whole Foods.

Ingredients 

  • 1 package Laoban Pork Soup Dumplings
  • 2 tbsp + 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup bone broth
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 fresno chile, sliced
  • 2 tsp tamari
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp gochugaru
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

Directions 

  • Preheat a pan on high 2 min. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to it. Add your dumplings and lower heat to medium high. Cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Add in your broth, bring to a simmer, lower heat to medium and cook covered for 5-7 minutes
  • Mix the scallions, fresno, ginger, tamari, rice vinegar, gochugaru and sesame seeds in a bowl
  • In a sauce pan, heat up your olive oil for 2-3 min in medium high
  • Add to the scallion bowl
  • Serve the dumplings with the leftover broth, the oil and top with sesame seed
