Roasted Garlic & Tomato Butter Bread

Roasted Garlic & Tomato Butter Bread… You NEED to make this, soo good!


  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes + 2 tbsp of the olive oil it was packed in
  • 1 large head of garlic
  • 1 tbsp white miso, optional
  • 6 oz room temperature unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c parmigiano reggiano, more for topping
  • Seasoned salt to taste
  • Fresh basil
  • Crushed red peppers
  • Ciabatta


  • Slice the top off the garlic and drizzle olive oil on it. Wrap in foil and bake at 400F for 60-70 minutes
  • Add the sundried tomatoes and 2 tbsp of its oil to a food processor and process until pretty small
  • Add room temp butter to a bowl with the tomatoes, miso, salt, garlic and parm. Mix well
  • Spread onto ciabatta and grate a ton more parmigiano on top
  • Bake at 365F for 15 minutes
  • Top with basil and crushed red peppers
