Pomegranate Cider Mimosas ❤️🍾 You asked for more cocktails and I listened. One of my favorite things about pomegranate is that it’s so versatile, they can add that citrusy flavor or they can also sweeten a recipe. A little hack is that you can get creative and get fun shaped ice cube trays! If you enjoyed this recipe, you have to check out my Mandarin Creamsicle Prosecco Float!

Why You’ll Love Pomegranate Cider Mimosas

These mimosas are perfect! They have those elements of citrus, spice from the cinnamon, and cloves and truly makes for a perfectly balanced and delicious mimosa. These are perfect for a get together with friends, I love to make them when I’m hosting brunch.

You can make them a mocktail, and instead of using champagne or prosecco, you can use soda water.
