Herby Cream Cheese Stuffed Croissants

Herby Cream Cheese Stuffed Croissants… Not everything has to be complicated… These are one of my simplest apps but always satisfying!

Ingredients 

  • 8 croissant
  • 8 oz cream cheese, whipped
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried herbs of choice, I used parsley, oregano and tarragon
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Gruyere to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp melted butter

Directions 

  • Mix together the cream cheese, herbs, salt and pepper
  • Add it inside a piping bag and stuff the croissant pretty carefully but thoroughly
  • Brush some butter on the top and add plenty of grated gruyere on top
  • Bake at 325F for 10-12 min or until cheese is all melty
