Cheesy Ranch Butter Bread

The cheesiest most delicious RANCH butter bread! The ranch butter is perfect on so many things like over roasted salmon, on veggies, steak etc. 

Ingredients 

  • 8 oz unsalted butter
  • 1 head of garlic, roasted for 45 at 400F wrapped in foil with a bit of oil
  • 1/3 cup Marie’s Creamy Homestyle Ranch + more for dipping
  • 3 tbsp dill
  • 3 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp crushed red peppers
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano, more for topping on the bread
  • 1 lemon, zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp capers, chopped
  • Ciabatta slice
  • 1 provolone slice per slice of bread

Directions 

  • Mix the butter, ranch, capers, dill, chives, crushed peppers, garlic, parmigiano and lemon zest
  • Add salt/pepper to taste
  • Spread some of the butter on bread, top with provolone and parmigiano
  • Bake at 400F for 15 min or until golden
  • Top with more crushed red peppers and herbs
  • Serve with ranch
