Boozy Cantaloupe SorbetšŸ§” They are boozy and perfect made with prosecco and gin. I had some friends coming over and I wanted to make them a new and fun drink, so I froze the cantaloupe the night before. My friends went absolutely nuts for this, and I’m sure you will too.

Why You’ll Love Boozy Cantaloupe Sorbet

This Boozy Cantaloupe Sorbet is sooo easy to make and delicious! The olive oil adds richness to the sorbet and gives it that soft taste. I have a rule of never putting something in a recipe that is not meant to be eaten. The basil leaf in this case is meant to be eaten to enhance the flavor even more.


If you are not a fan of cantaloupe, you can substitute it for your favorite fruit, like my Cucumber Gin Sorbet! You can also substitute for your favorite alcohol.

Boozy Cantaloupe Sorbet

Cantaloupe & olive oil sorbet with prosecco and gin.. Boozy and delicious!


  • 1 large cantaloupe, very ripe
  • 1.5 shots gin
  • 1/2 small lemon
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Prosecco
  • Basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil


  • Cube the cantaloupe pretty small and freeze overnight
  • Add the melon to the food processor with the lemon, honey, gin and olive oil
  • Process until smooth
  • Top with prosecco and basil
