Do I even need to explain? just kidding, all jokes aside. If you are a brie lover like me.. You are gonna go absolutely crazy for this. This Baked Brie Inside A Pumpkin is creamy, sort of sweet and spicy at the same time from the hot honey.

How To Prepare Baked Brie Inside Pumpkin

🎃 First, hollow out the pumpkin as much as you can, to ensure you can fit the brie.

⏱ Secondly, add some olive oil to the pumpkin. Then, bake at 400F for 20 minutes.

🌟 Pat dry the pumpkin as much as you can.

🍯 Mix the honey with chipotle powder.

🌶 Add your hot honey to the inside of a pumpkin. Then, add the brie inside the pumpkin and score. Drizzle more hot honey reserving a touch for the end.

🔥 Bake covered at 400F for 10 min, remove pumpkin ‘lid’ and bake 15 minutes.

🌿 Lastly, top with more honey and chives.

Substitutions and Variations

  1. You can substitute the chives for your favorite herbs, or leave it without.
  2. I like to top mine with crushed red peppers, but that’s completely optional.
  3. If you aren’t a fan of spice, you can adjust the amount of chipotle powder you add to the honey to your liking, or take it without.

  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1 brie , wheel
  • Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle powder
  • Crushed red peppers, to taste
  • cinnamon, just a pinch
  • salt, just a pinch
  • Chives, for topping
