Pro Tip: you can leave the prosciutto out and it is still amazing! Also using a very hot spoon can brûlée the sugar!

Apples & Brie Brûlée

Apples & Brie Brûlée 🍎 these are beyond easy + delicious and a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients 

  • 4 apple, cut 2 thick round slices and save the rest of the apple to chop for salsa or sliced
  • 8 large slices of brie, Saint Angel
  • Cane sugar
  • 8 slices of prosciutto

Directions 

  • Wrap the prosciutto around the peach
  • Slice the brie
  • Completely coat one side of the brie in the cane sugar
  • Top the apple with the brie and brûlée
